Rinat Ilyussizov

I studied at School-Lyceum #8 for Gifted Children in the city of Pavlodar, where my interest in science was first sparked. In middle school, I tried my hand at many subjects, but starting from the 9th grade, I decided to focus on chemistry. I was drawn to the numerous connections between chemistry and other sciences, as well as the diversity of its branches, which complement each other—for example, describing the reactivity of organic compounds through molecular orbital theory. In the future, I plan to explore questions at the intersection of chemistry and biology, utilizing the latest advances in computer science and physics
